- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Do not move here! It's great when you first move in, and they tell you that they expect “normal wear and tear” in the house when you move out. It's not true! They will charge you for as much as they can when you move, whether or not it is normal wear and tear. If the backdoor has scratches on it they will charge you 400 for a new one! I was charged over 1000 dollars to move out! I have lived on base my entire life, and this is by far the worst housing I have ever seen. Right before they send a survey out they will give everyone free pizza too so that you rate them good, don't fall for it! They charge you for as much as they can, and make you do ridiculous things to move, like cover the entire backyard in straw, buff you r fridge or they charge you, buff your stove or they charge you, and they rip up the entire carpet in every room so they can charge you. Even if their carpet tester does not go off. they will still try to charge you! I only wish someone had told me this before I moved in, or I would never ever have done so.By Haley Collier, April 16, 2017
